  3. Prices will continue to rise – three years ago the Twin Cities housing market hit the bottom for real estate values, since then the values have consistently grown and are projected to continue that trend.

  4. Mortgage Interest rate are projected to rise – While rates have remained at great levels throughout 2014, it is projected that they will rise in 2015 as high as one full percentage point
